Doc Vince: Jungle Get-up 2

"Today brought an interesting development.

When I first started travelling with Asuka of the Jungle, I just assumed that I was the only person from civilization that she knew. After all, she told me she'd lived in the Jungles of Venus for as long as she could remember.

However, one time we ran into a situation that required more technical expertise than I could provide. I was stumped on how to proceed, but it turned out that Asuka knew exactly who to turn to. Before I could say anything she'd bounded off into the jungle, and the next time she returned with this blonde woman calling herself 'Doc Vince'.

I don't know how Asuka met this person; Doc Vince isn't too keen on discussing the subject, and Asuka took that as her cue to clam up, too, apparently.

Regardless, there's no question that she's the ideal person for the job. In fact, I think she'd be the ideal person for any job. If there's a subject she doesn't have extensive knowledge about, I don't know what it is, and her physical capabilities are pretty much unreal. I didn't think it was possible for someone who grew up in the civilized world to keep up with a jungle hero, but Doc Vince does it. She doesn't even seem to have difficulty with it.

I'm glad Asuka was able to get her to help, but I really wish she wouldn't go around in a spare set of Asuka's clothing. It's difficult enough to stay focused on anything with Asuka around, but when *she's* running about in *that* clothing...
