The Illinois facility of Stingray Industries. As much as Sylia has worked on presenting this company as 'nice', her roots as a Fiction from a Cyberpunk universe are still pretty much present in the facility's design... and this is one of the very first things that factions that oppose S.I. (like Alternate versions of the Knight Sabers, ironically) like to point out.
